Sydney International Convention Centre – Audio Visual Service Maintenance
ICC Sydney is a state-of-the-art, 250,000 sqm event precinct located in the heart of Darling Harbour—one of Sydney’s most vibrant and accessible locations. The venue comprises three architecturally acclaimed, award-winning buildings: a premier convention centre, a dynamic exhibition hall, and the renowned Aware Super Theatre.
The ICC Theatre is an 8,000-seat, purpose-built venue equipped with cutting-edge audiovisual technology and world-class acoustic design. Just three months after opening, it was recognised by Pollstar as one of the top-performing theatres globally and has since earned multiple prestigious industry awards.
Operational Excellence and Technical Services
Our dedicated team delivers both preventative maintenance and responsive services, maintaining rigorous abatement protocols and meeting challenging response KPIs. Through strong stakeholder collaboration and innovative operational strategies, we have consistently delivered high service standards across the entire venue.
Covering 250,000 sqm, with full-time presence from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week, our team has partnered closely with ICC Sydney to implement proactive measures that minimise disruptions. These include maintaining a 30-minute response time and avoiding unscheduled abatement through strategic planning.
Given the pace of technological evolution, the venue’s asset life cycle averages just five years. In response, our team has adopted a proactive approach, leveraging advanced monitoring systems, robust track-and-trace auditing tools, and enhanced stakeholder engagement practices. This ensures all technical assets are optimised and event-ready—well before the first guest arrives.
Sydney Opera House – Maintenance, Repair & Upgrade

Our scope includes the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of critical infrastructure such as stage machinery, automation systems, and associated theatrical lighting—delivered under a long-term semi-comprehensive contract arrangement.
